Hugh Taylor at The Morelli House: Home Tour and NPF Archive Talk with Dr. Heid Swank

As part of Home + History 2022:

After a guided tour of the Morelli House by a Junior League volunteer docent who will explain the history and architecture of the house; the life and times of its original owners, Antonio and Helen Morelli; and the interesting story about the preservation project itself, NPF Founding Executive Director Heidi Swank will give a short talk on the progress of the Nevada Preservation Foundation’s Hugh Taylor Archives. NPF was made the steward of the more than 5,000 architectural drawings of residential and commercial buildings that were designed starting in 1946 by renowned mid-century architect Hugh E. Taylor, architect of the Desert Inn Casino.
